The agency was started in 2008 by two beautiful souls Betty Alexander and Mary K Caldwell who desired to provide a quality service to the community of families with developmental delayed children and adults. In 2010, the agency changed ownership to JaDetrick and Angelia Stewart who has continued to provide services and a place for young professionals to learn and grow.
